I mainly concern myself with modified pre-1959 built US cars and trucks. Every now and then I come across something that catches my attention because it embodies the idea of a Hot Rod.
That's a clean looking install.
The builder started with a Mazda MX5/Miata, he purchased from a junkyard for $1,000. That's a good start. He then shoehorned in a 5.7L LS1 engine!
Sticking a V8 engine into a tiny, cheap car is something that is pretty precious to me as a Hot Rod lover! In the case of this Mazda, the results are epic!
I don't know how well this car might perform at a track day and I don't care. I'm sure it performs excellently on the street. That's all that really matters, because Street is Neat!
KEEP ON CRUISIN'!
